Trade Funds Manager
Summary:
Oversee trade funds management process for the Hain Celestial Group Personal Care Division. Communicate budget vs. actual trade expenditures to organization by brand, region and customer. Identify promotional exceptions and communicate status to finance and senior sales management. Determine trade spending effectiveness and research competitive programs.

Location: California (Petaluma)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage trade funds budgets for Personal Care brands managed by Hain-Celestial sales team. Insure effective programming to increase sales while maintaining budgets
• Create national/account specific trade promotion plans for all brands for all channels, distributor, direct and retail customers
• Work closely with Hain Regional Business Managers and Regional VP’s to refine national promotional plans in order to address competitive pressures and regional opportunities
• Determine quarterly sales and trade funds budgets for Hain Regional Business Managers
• Participate in consensus forecasting
• Meet with key customers when needed to assess needs and review trade strategies and policies
• Communicate Trade Budgets and strategies to senior management, finance, and marketing
• Work closely with senior management to determine volume budgets
• Any additional responsibilities requested by Senior Management
Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree required; Business majors preferred
• 3-4 years analytics experience, regional business manager or trade marketing experience preferred
• Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to work in a high energy work environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills along with the ability to prioritize and remain flexible
• Strong written and communication skills for contact with all levels of management
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong organization skills and detail oriented
• 10% Travel Required
