Account Liaison Manager-Wakefern
Summary:
Developing and implementing annual marketing plans that increase awareness, loyalty and value for our customers and translate in growing sales. Creation of mutually beneficial business plans to increase vendor sales at Shop Rite. Working with corresponding agencies, vendors, divisions and members to ensure the tactical implementation of marketing plans.
This position will be located in Elizabeth, NJ and it is not available for relocation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Leverage technology and existing vehicles to maximize impact of all marketing efforts.
2.Tracking, analyzing and reporting results on all marketing programs.
3.Working with advertising department and procurement divisions to develop layout, design and content of correspondence circular “swing” pages.
4.Evaluating and implementing traditional and mom-traditional co-marketing opportunities.
5.Implementing vendor driven marketing programs and measuring results.
6.Building consumer “intelligence” and translating it into actionable plans that drive the business. Establishing collaborative relationship across divisions, members and vendors.
7.Liaison between Hain Celestial and Wakefern with business proposals and promotions for all divisions.
8.Coordinate in store promotions opportunities using various products and incorporate marketing promotions.
9.Maintain ad tracker on weekly basis.
10.Assess business opportunities at Wakefern, looking at store sales data and cost involved.
11.Market Analyst – track sales of LiveRight items on weekly and/or monthly basis depending on advertising tool.
12.Help coordinate LiveRight ad in circulars, proof read and set up coupon information.
13.Pull sales data from Wakefern system for Lifestyle Managers. Infor
14.Assist with monthly e-newsletter.
15.Other projects as assigned.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related Business field. MBA preferred.
•3-5 years experience. Consumer Product Retail environment a plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in speaking and writing Spanish a plus.
•Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint).
•Experience with Syndicated Data (ACNielsen, Spectra, IRI) and Internet.
•Must be extremely organized and self-motivated and have that ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
•Demonstrated strength in creating partnerships and building relationships (divisions, members and vendors).
•The ideal candidate will be dedicated and hardworking with the ability to wear many hats while demonstrating a positive “get the job done” attitude with a “think outside the box” approach.
•Ability to work at Wakefern Food Corporation (WFC) in Elizabeth NJ.
